Blackland Prairie clay
The clay under most of DFW swells when wet and shrinks in drought. Slabs get lifted, dropped and twisted.
Heat, then a freeze
Summer bakes joint sealant until it falls out. A hard freeze hits the water sitting in those open joints.
Water at the joints
Most failures start where water reached the base. Sealed joints and good drainage prevent most of them.
Trucks in the wrong places
Garbage trucks and deliveries break dumpster pads, approaches and drive lanes built too thin.

We'll tell you when it doesn't need replacing
Revital Paving is locally owned and run in DFW. When you call, you talk to the owner, the person responsible for the job.
A lot of concrete that looks bad only needs a few sections replaced and the joints sealed. If that's your situation, that's what we'll quote. If it really does need to come out, we'll show you why.

Common questions
What kind of concrete work does Revital Paving do?
Three kinds of work: commercial concrete (parking lots, slab and warehouse floors, seal coating, curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps and dumpster pads), apartment and HOA concrete (trip hazards, parking, breezeways, pool decks), and residential driveways (new, replacement, repair, extensions, patios and walkways).
Do you do residential driveways?
Yes. We replace, repair and extend concrete driveways, and pour patios and walkways, across our service area.
What areas do you serve?
Our service area is Dallas, Plano, Irving, Terrell, Kaufman County, and Rockwall. We also work in nearby towns like Forney, Heath and Royse City. If you're close by, call and ask.
How do I get an estimate?
Call or text 469-237-8862, email [email protected], or use the estimate form. Photos and the address are the fastest way to start. The estimate is free.
Can you work around tenants and residents?
Yes. We phase commercial and apartment work by section or building, keep entrances and fire lanes open, and give you dates ahead of time for notices.
How much does concrete repair cost?
It depends on the area, thickness, base condition, tear-out, access and how the work has to be phased. We give you a written estimate after we look at it, so you can see where the money goes.
Send us the address and a few photos
Photos get you the fastest answer. One wide shot that shows where the problem is, then a couple of close-ups. Put a shoe or a tape measure in the close-ups so we can judge size.
